Reference Documents in Risk Register

A new Reference Documents column has been introduced in the Risk Register. It automatically displays document references linked to each risk, enhancing traceability and visibility.

Problem Management – Manager Action Reassignment

Managers can now reassign ownership of Containment and Corrective Actions directly within the system, enabling better task allocation, accountability, and timely action management.

Add Designation in Incomplete User Screen

Users can now add designations directly from the Incomplete User screen in Admin & Organisation Chart Settings, making user setup quicker and more convenient.

Designation Filter in All Users

A Designation filter has been added to the All Users section of Organisation Chart  for easier filtering and user management.

Key Enhancements

Priority Matrix Enhancement

A confirmation prompt is now displayed when updating the Priority Matrix in Settings. Upon confirmation, all associated open OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement) will be automatically updated to reflect the revised priorities.

Improved Navigation – Back to LOR

Introduced a ‘Back to LOR’ button to enhance navigation when accessing OFI records from the Problem Management module.

Last 6 Months Filter

In the Training Management module, a new “Last 6 Months” filter has been added. This enables users to quickly view recent training records and improves data accessibility.

OFI Filtering in System Dashboard

Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) in the System Dashboard are now automatically filtered based on priority. This enhancement improves visibility, enabling better tracking and more effective decision-making.

LORs are no longer restricted by imported standards. Users can now import LORs from any standard, even if that standard is not available for the customer.

Auto Display of Release Notes After Login

Release notes will now automatically appear when users log in for the first time after an update.

Assignee Notification Enhancement

User Role History
