Key Enhancements

AI Terms & Conditions – Controlled Access

Customer Admins must review and accept the AI Terms & Conditions for the respective customer. The Risk AI functionality will be enabled and made available only after the Terms & Conditions have been accepted.

Risk AI – Enhanced Risk Suggestions

Risk AI has been enhanced with Location and Domain filters to improve the relevance of AI-generated risk suggestions. Internal issues have also been resolved, resulting in improved accuracy and relevance of the generated risks.

PDF Viewer Enhancement

The PDF Viewer has been enhanced to display the uploaded file name instead of the document title when viewing a PDF. This makes it easier for users to identify the exact file that was uploaded and is currently being viewed.

Problem Management – Manager Action Reassignment

Add Designation in Incomplete User Screen

Users can now add designations directly from the Incomplete User screen in Admin & Organisation Chart Settings, making user setup quicker and more convenient.

Designation Filter in All Users

A Designation filter has been added to the All Users section of Organisation Chart  for easier filtering and user management.

Priority Matrix Enhancement

A confirmation prompt is now displayed when updating the Priority Matrix in Settings. Upon confirmation, all associated open OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement) will be automatically updated to reflect the revised priorities.

Improved Navigation – Back to LOR

Introduced a ‘Back to LOR’ button to enhance navigation when accessing OFI records from the Problem Management module.

Last 6 Months Filter

In the Training Management module, a new “Last 6 Months” filter has been added. This enables users to quickly view recent training records and improves data accessibility.

OFI Filtering in System Dashboard

Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) in the System Dashboard are now automatically filtered based on priority. This enhancement improves visibility, enabling better tracking and more effective decision-making.
