Key Enhancements

Priority Matrix Enhancement

A confirmation prompt is now displayed when updating the Priority Matrix in Settings. Upon confirmation, all associated open OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement) will be automatically updated to reflect the revised priorities.

Improved Navigation – Back to LOR

Introduced a ‘Back to LOR’ button to enhance navigation when accessing OFI records from the Problem Management module.

Last 6 Months Filter

In the Training Management module, a new “Last 6 Months” filter has been added. This enables users to quickly view recent training records and improves data accessibility.

Performance Optimization

The Dashboard and Login performance have been optimized, reducing dashboard load time and speeding up the login process for a faster and smoother user experience.

Import LOR from Other Standards

LORs are no longer restricted by imported standards. Users can now import LORs from any standard, even if that standard is not available for the customer.

Auto Display of Release Notes After Login

Release notes will now automatically appear when users log in for the first time after an update.

Assignee Notification Enhancement

Added functionality to notify the assignee about updates and actions required, ensuring better communication and task tracking.

Last 6 Months Filter Added

Introduced a new filter to easily view and analyze data from the past 6 months.

User Role History

Added the ability to track and view all user role changes over time, including past and current roles.

UI & Feature Updates

Enhanced the Key Contact page, integrated it into the Support page, and updated the Virus Scan tool name to Malware Scan.
